Loss Prevention

In the Security Screening Industry there is an ever growing need not only to keep prohibited items out of a facility, but the need to keep valuable items and documents in the facility as well. This need in the loss prevention area has brought about the use of Metal detection and other technologies to protect valuable products and assets from being lost.

Rapiscan Systems has brought the Wave Scan 200 to the table to meet those needs. This unit uses millimeter wave technology to scan people for items that may be hidden under clothing, which may be metallic or nonmetallic in composition.
