GE Itemiser 98/2

This system has been in use for screening of passenger baggage, corrections, US State Dept, and many other applications. It was the first of many units to operate in many different applications.
 

GE Itemiser DX

This system is the latest technology that is directed for use in Air Cargo Screening and other Aviation Programs. This system is a dual trace system that can identify many substances quickly. It also has USB and Networking functionality
 

GE Itemiser FX

The world's first direct transfer trace detection instrument simultaneously identifies explosives and narcotics directly from a finger imprint. With one touch and in a matter of seconds, Itemiser FX can detect a broad range of contraband without reducing the amount of substance available for detection. By sampling directly from the finger, the system can eliminate the time, cost and staff required with sample wipes.

The Itemiser FX is designed to work with SecureStation, which provides remote monitoring and control. SecureStation enables a single operator in a remote location to monitor and control up to eight Itemiser FX desktop trace instruments.
 

GE Itemiser 3

Itemiser 3 is the first trace detector in the world that simultaneously detects positive and negative ions, enabling the detection of the broadest range of explosives while also detecting narcotics. Detection of both positive and negative ions allows for effective identification of even the most difficult substances from a single sample. Extremely easy to operate, Itemiser delivers fast, simultaneous explosives and narcotics detection in a package that is ergonomic, robust, and portable.

GE StreetLab Mobile™

GE's StreetLab Mobile™ delivers chemical identification capabilities in a portable, user-friendly handheld unit designed to quickly and accurately identify threats in a diverse range of field environments. Rugged, yet ergonomic and lightweight at just 6.5 lbs. (3 kg), StreetLab Mobile can reliably identify liquids, powders, and solids in a single step without sample consumption or subjective interpretation. Versatile and easy to use, StreetLab Mobile’s “point-and-shoot” controls and extended wireless range enables single-handed or hands-free operation to safely interrogate unknown substances from a distance.
 

GE VaporTracer 2™

Lightweight, fast and extremely sensitive, VaporTracer detects and identifies microscopic traces of both explosives and narcotics in seconds. A front-end desorption unit allows the VaporTracer to use the same high-efficiency sampling system originally developed for GE's Itemiser. The result is greatly enhanced performance in particle sampling. VaporTracer was developed with support from the Counter-Drug Technology Development Program established by the U.S. Department of Defense. The program serves agencies such as the U.S. Customs Service, the U.S. Coast Guard, the U.S. Federal Aviation Administration, and the President's Office of National Drug Control Policy.
